All shipping rates are populated directly from the shipping carrier based on weight and location. Please allow 24 business hours for the carrier to update their records with your orders tracking information.

How will my order be shipped?
When purchasing from Watts Water Quality, your order may be shipped via Standard UPS or LTL*.
*All orders over 70 pounds will be shipped via LTL.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 24-hours before your order is shipped. Please note, any next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day air orders received after noon EST will not ship until the NEXT day.

Where does Watts Water Quality ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States.

Does Watts Water Quality ship internationally?
No.

Does Watts Water Quality Ship to PO boxes?
No, UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for shipping to insure there are no delays in the delivery of your order.

How do I track my shipping status?
You can track the status for all your orders under the “My Account” section of the website.
Please note, Watts Water Quality will not deliver on Sundays or major U.S. holidays.

What do I do if the product I receive is damaged or I never receive my order?
